Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases. A price change does not alter an order we have already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or another issue that prevents fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds
Because coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us through our contact page so we can help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, including free shipping offers, may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or exclusions. These details will be provided with each offer.

Unless an offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Changes to a promotion will not affect eligible orders already accepted under that promotion.
